PASTA COOKER

• Outer casing in s/s 18/10 and Schotch Brite finishing.
• GN 1/1 tanks in AISI 316 stainless steel for maximum protection against corrosive agents.
• Round edges, for easy cleaning and better hygiene. Large area to restrain starch foam. Optional upon request: baskets in AISI 304 stainless steel with a thermic handle
• Stainless steel water taps and water discharge unit at ground level.

DEEP FAT FRYER

  • Stainless steel AISI 304 tank, molded with fully rounded  corners  to avoid residues deposit.  collecting oil tray and washable  stainless-steel filter.
  • Electric Heating Sheathed heating elements inside the tank, 90°C rotatables to facilitate cleaning operations. Safety thermostat  with manual reset.  Large cold zone on the bottom of the tank to keep the oil integrity.
